The company was founded by Clarence Higuera, a master carpenter with over 30 years of industry experience, and Anne Higuera, a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR). Doing new construction homes in Seattle, the studio won in the Addition Category of hte 2010 Chrysalis Award Winning Projects (Addition Over $250,000). One notable project that has caught the attention of several publications, including the Seattle Times and the Pacific Northwest Magazine, is the 1946 concrete-and-glass Innis Arden Residence. The firm took the time to understand their client’s wants and needs and then helped select the design team commissioned to create the vision.
